Manager Rebate Operations
Scope: Global owner for WD rebate settlement (OEM + Disty+ Retail), including validation, payouts and customer escalations. Manage a 15-person team, globally dispersed across multiple locations and time zones.
Essential Duties & Responsibiities:
- Ensure effective and accurate execution of quarterly rebate settlements, meeting internal controls requirements and external customer satisfaction
- Drive process improvement and alignment across all aspects of WD rebates and claims settlements.
- Provide subject mater expertise for continued transformation of WD’s roadmap of solutions.
- Troubleshoot issues and manage operational and customer-facing escalations related to rebate settlement
- Set business metrics and goals for global team.
- Support financial close process and revenue reserves related to rebates
- Serve as trusted advisor to executives across Sales, Pricing, Finance & Accounting.
